“I used to fight a lot as a kid, and as I grew older, I decided to channel all that energy into boxing. My mom doesn’t like boxing at all, the last time I tried to show her a video of my fight, she screamed and asked if we were trying to kill each other.
Each time she prays, she prays that I find a job so I will stop boxing. I just finished my fight from the Army boxing tryout, I did so well that I had to fight in 5 different weight levels, I passed and I’m joining the army as a boxer. Can’t wait to get home and tell my mum I’ve gotten my dream job.”
